Hai Duong starts construction of road 394B, opens technical traffic of East axis

On the morning of April 19, at Nhan Quyen commune (Binh Giang), the People's Committee of Hai Duong province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to build provincial road 394B (the section connecting provincial road 395 to the North-South axis, Thanh Mien district) and the technical opening of the investment project to build the East-West axis of the province.

Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The Hai Duong Provincial Road 394B Construction Investment Project (the section connecting Provincial Road 395 to the North-South axis, Thanh Mien District) is invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and implemented in Binh Giang and Thanh Mien districts. The total length of the route is more than 6.7 km, the scale of a level II plain road, including intersections and service roads. The total investment is more than 1,200 billion VND.

The East-West axis road construction investment project of the province is being implemented in the districts of Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, and Thanh Ha.

The total length of the route is nearly 36.5 km, the scale of a grade III plain road. The total investment of the project is nearly 1,800 billion VND, with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor.

This is the first Group A traffic project of Hai Duong province; it has the longest route and has a great impact on many households. This is also the main route connecting the center of the province's specialized economic zone.

Construction units concentrate human resources and construction equipment.

The investment projects to build provincial road 394B and the East-West axis road of the province together with the North-South axis road project of Thanh Mien district, when completed, will create a vital traffic system in the south of Hai Duong province, forming an inter-regional traffic axis, connecting National Highway 5 with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, National Highway 38B, and National Highway 10.

The routes will also connect Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Thanh Ha districts, contributing to completing the regional traffic infrastructure planning; creating favorable conditions to attract investors in the dynamic industrial zone of Hai Duong province and creating a breakthrough in the province's socio-economic development.

The investment project to build provincial road 394B (the section connecting provincial road 395 to the North-South axis, Thanh Mien district) has a route length of more than 6.7 km and an investment cost of more than 1,200 billion VND.

On the same morning, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee held the groundbreaking ceremony of AEON Hai Duong Trade Center project.

The project covers an area of ​​3.5 hectares in Lien Hong commune and Thach Khoi ward (Hai Duong city). The project has a total investment of 1,170 billion VND, with an operating period of 50 years. Aeon Vietnam Co., Ltd. is the project investor.

The groundbreaking ceremony and technical opening of the projects on April 19 are to implement the Prime Minister's direction on organizing groundbreaking ceremonies and inauguration of projects to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

The groundbreaking and traffic opening ceremony in Hai Duong took place simultaneously with the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of 80 key works and projects nationwide this morning, connecting online with the main bridge at Passenger Terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City).
