Two general clinics suspended operations

Binh Duong Provincial Department of Health has suspended the operations of Dai Tin and Dai Lo Binh Duong polyclinics due to failure to ensure professional medical examination and treatment and fire prevention and fighting, from December 31.

Of which, Binh Duong Boulevard General Clinic, in Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An City, was suspended due to not meeting the conditions for operating as a general clinic. Meanwhile, Dai Tin General Clinic, in Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, was suspended due to not meeting the conditions for ensuring fire prevention and fighting.

According to Binh Duong Department of Health , the above two facilities are not allowed to operate medical examination and treatment in any form until licensed by competent authorities.

Previously, Binh Duong also suspended many clinics for handling due to signs of "faking illnesses to extort money" and not ensuring fire prevention and fighting safety.
