The representative of the main contractor, CIENCO 4 Corporation, said that the underpass has completed some tunnel sections on the Dinh Cong side and finished building the retaining wall.

The tunnel access road on Dinh Cong side is also basically completed.

According to the main contractor, construction units are currently focusing on constructing the open and closed tunnel sections on Giai Phong - Kim Dong road.

To carry out the project, recently the investor, the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, and contractors have coordinated with competent authorities to fence off 2/3 of Giai Phong Street and Kim Dong Street and prohibit many types of vehicles from passing through to carry out the project.
