Promote agricultural extension, replicate effective production models, gradually forming specialized areas. Coordinate to create favorable conditions to speed up the implementation of irrigation works, domestic water supply in the area; construct small irrigation canals from the province's new rural reward source.

Ham Tan Commune has strengths in afforestation, productivity, quality of planted forests, exploitation and sustainable forest management. Annual afforestation reaches an average of over 150% of the plan. The Party Committee of Ham Tan commune has identified key tasks and breakthroughs that need to be focused on, which are to promote the building of a clean and strong Party and political system in all aspects. Mobilize all resources to invest in socio-economic development, rural infrastructure, markets, transportation, irrigation, domestic water, cultural facilities, and schools in the commune for socio-economic development. Strengthen state management in all sectors and fields, especially the management of planning, land use plans, mineral resources, and the environment, focusing on administrative procedure reform, digital transformation, etc.

Ham Tan Commune with its potential and advantages after being merged will create a space for strong development, especially when the infrastructure of neighboring areas such as Son My Industrial Park is formed, connecting traffic routes are invested, Nghia Hoa Industrial Cluster and irrigation and domestic water supply works are completed and put into operation.
