The prestigious award based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) is implemented by MSWG in collaboration with ACMF and ADB and is highly selective. The 5 best enterprises are honored among hundreds of prestigious enterprises from 10 ASEAN countries.
The event took place on July 24, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the participation of the Malaysian Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul, leaders of financial institutions, international investors and governance experts. Discussions focused on transparency, ESG integration, board diversity, digital transformation and shareholder protection.
The award is a recognition of more than a decade of innovation, transparent and modern governance, linking business performance with ESG, digital transformation and sustainable development.
