Distinctive marks from HDBank's digital strategy and customers

The awards were presented on September 2. Out of more than 600 applications from 100 countries, HDBank was honored in three categories: Vietnam's Best Digital Bank; Vietnam's Best Bank for Customer Experience and Vietnam's Best Bank for SMEs.

For two consecutive years 2023 - 2024, HDBank received the award for Best Bank for CSR in Vietnam by Euromoney.

"Best Digital Bank in Vietnam" Award: HDBank continues to affirm its leading position in digitalization with 75% of new customers continuing to come from digital channels, the number of online transactions increasing by 51% and 94% of personal transactions being conducted online as of Q2-2025.

At the same time, HDBank pioneered a trio of new generation digital banking platforms: the first pure cloud core banking system appearing in Vietnam and the super apps Di HDBank and Di HDBiz.

Award for "Best Customer Service Bank in Vietnam": The "customer-centric" strategy along with the SkyJoy - Vietjet cooperation ecosystem with more than 9 million members, Priority Banking and creative incentive programs help HDBank stand out in terms of service experience.

"Best SME Bank in Vietnam" Award: By the second quarter of 2025, SME loan balance will be over VND 331,000 billion, an increase of 28% compared to the end of 2024. HDBank also pioneered digitalization of online credit, eKYC, supply chain finance and programs for female-owned businesses.

The Euromoney 2025 "hat-trick" is a recognition of HDBank's strong progress, affirming the pioneering spirit, desire for innovation and international position of Vietnamese banks, contributing to enhancing the reputation of the finance and banking industry on the global map.
