At the meeting, the People's Council delegates focused on discussing, reviewing and approving 7 resolutions related to the operating regulations and supervision program of the People's Council; plans and tasks for socio-economic development in the last 6 months of 2025. These are extremely important, practical and timely contents after implementing the 2-level government model; solving problems arising in the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, meeting the aspirations of voters and people.

Speaking at the meeting, the leader of the People's Council of Hoan Lao commune requested that, after the meeting, the People's Committee of the commune direct departments, offices and units according to their functions and tasks to coordinate to urgently, resolutely and synchronously implement solutions. Information and propaganda work needs to be promoted, raising awareness and responsibility of the entire political system and all the people, striving to complete on schedule the goals and targets set out in the resolution of the People's Council of the commune.

The implementation of projects and works must have focus, key points, and be arranged in order of priority; develop specific plans and roadmaps; assign responsibilities clearly, and avoid overlap to ensure work progress.

The Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council committees, the People's Council delegations and the People's Council delegates continue to effectively supervise the implementation of resolutions passed by the People's Council; promptly grasp and reflect the legitimate recommendations of voters and people for the People's Council to consider and decide.
