To support job creation for local workers and temporary workers abroad, the province has issued regulations on loaning capital to work temporarily abroad using local capital. Accordingly, workers going to work abroad can borrow up to 80% of the cost stated in the signed contract but not more than 100 million VND. This policy helps to solve initial difficulties so that workers can boldly register to work abroad.
“Sending workers to work abroad for a limited period of time not only brings economic efficiency, but also achieves social goals. That is, not only do they have high incomes, but after working abroad, workers also improve their technical expertise, foreign languages, acquire advanced technologies, and industrial working styles, contributing to the formation of a highly skilled workforce. After returning home, they can easily find jobs with high incomes, meeting the requirements of the country's industrialization and modernization,” informed Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Phan Dai Thang.
