On the afternoon of October 3, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education organized the program "Welcoming new students of the 2025 class", awarding scholarships to outstanding new students with excellent entrance achievements.

At the welcoming ceremony for new students, the school awarded scholarships to 38 outstanding new students with excellent entrance results, totaling nearly 800 million VND.
In addition, the family of Professor Vu Dinh Hoe, the late Minister of National Education of Vietnam (first Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education) also awarded scholarships to two new valedictorians.
