Tuition for medical training at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine is 55.2 million VND/year

Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine announced the highest expected tuition fee of 55.2 million VND for the 2024-2025 school year.

Tonight (May 29), Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine announced its plan for regular university admissions in 2024. In addition to information on admission methods, the expected tuition fees the school will announce for successful candidates in 2024 are also worth paying attention to.

Accordingly, the expected tuition fees for full-time students in the 2024-2025 school year are divided into two levels by Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine.

• Level 1 applies to 3 majors (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry): VND 5,520,000/month (equivalent to VND 55.2 million/10-month school year).
• Level 2 applies to the remaining majors including: nursing, midwifery, nutrition, medical laboratory technology, medical imaging technology, rehabilitation technology, ophthalmology refraction, public health. The estimated tuition fee for these majors is 4,180,000 VND/month (equivalent to 41.8 million VND/10-month school year).

The above tuition fees do not include two compulsory subjects (physical education and national defense and security education) collected according to current regulations.

Regarding this figure, the school's enrollment plan clearly states: "This is the tuition fee expected to be applied in the 2024-2025 school year, to meet the high demand for quality medical human resources upon university graduation. The school continues to invest in facilities, strengthen cooperation programs to improve training quality, practical capacity at medical facilities, and foreign language skills to serve the career development of learners. Tuition fees can be adjusted to increase by a maximum of 15% annually."

Along with the expected tuition fees for the next school year, the Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine's enrollment plan also announced the tuition fees applicable for the previous 2023-2024 school year. Comparing the collection rates between the two school years, it can be seen that the tuition fees for the three majors (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry) are not expected to increase. For the remaining majors, the tuition fees for the next school year are expected to increase by about 10 million compared to the 2023-2024 school year.
