Academy of Journalism and Communication presents special gifts from Nhan Dan Newspaper to officers and soldiers on the front lines of the Fatherland

During the trip, the delegation presented special supplements of Nhan Dan Newspaper to many military units on duty to protect the country's sovereignty and security.

Receiving the attention of the leaders of Nhan Dan Newspaper, the working group of the Propaganda Department had a valuable and meaningful gift to send to a number of military units stationed in Quang Ninh province. That is a special supplement published by Nhan Dan Newspaper, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945-2025).

Through the publication, readers have the opportunity to look back on the glorious history of the nation with a creative digital experience. "The supplement applies trendy technology such as QR Code, especially with Spotify code. Readers can scan with their phones to see the moving picture on the supplement, listen to Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence," said Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh.

On the morning of September 20, the delegation handed over a special supplement of Nhan Dan Newspaper to Brigade 170, Naval Region 1. The supplement carried the affection, care and encouragement from the home front to the officers and soldiers who are guarding the sea and sky of the Fatherland day and night.

On the same afternoon, at the Mong Cai International Border Guard Station, the supplement continued to be sent to the forces directly responsible for maintaining security and order at the important gateway of the country. The Propaganda Department hopes to promote the role of revolutionary journalism and continue the tradition of "solid rear, steadfast frontline", so that the Fatherland's border will always be peaceful.

On September 22, at Po Hen Memorial - a place marking the heroic sacrifices of officers, soldiers and people in the border protection, the delegation presented a precious gift to officers, soldiers and people in the border area to continue to propagate and educate , helping the young generation to be more proud and have a sense of responsibility in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.

On the afternoon of September 22, the delegation presented the special supplement of Nhan Dan Newspaper to officers and soldiers of Quang Duc Border Guard Station and Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station. Thereby, raising awareness of the role of official information in social life among the people, contributing to further promoting propaganda and policy education in border areas and spreading revolutionary traditions, fostering patriotism for today's young generation.

The journey of delivering the special supplement of Nhan Dan Newspaper to some units in the border areas of the Fatherland (Quang Ninh) has left many meaningful experiences. Each article, each page of the newspaper is a vivid story about history, about the people who fell for independence and national sovereignty. The activity of delivering the supplement therefore not only conveys information, but also becomes a bridge connecting schools with frontline forces, between press agencies and soldiers who are performing glorious duties on the borders and islands; demonstrating the care and responsibility of agencies, organizations, and the young generation towards the forces on the frontline protecting national sovereignty.
