
With the theme “Connecting People, Creating Prosperity”, the fair is scheduled to take place from October 25 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC).
Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Autumn Fair 2025 said that the fair is a national-scale economic -cultural event, assigned by the Prime Minister to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee and other ministries, branches and localities.
This is a key activity in 2025, contributing to concretizing the policy of stimulating domestic consumption, promoting production, business, import and export and promoting the national image - Vietnamese brand, in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated October 3, 2025.
The 2025 Autumn Fair is therefore expected to become a highlight in the series of economic and trade promotion events in Vietnam this year.
The Autumn Fair aims to build a series of annual "four-season" fairs in spring, summer, autumn and winter, creating a destination for trade promotion, cultural exchange and regular consumption stimulation for Vietnam.
The Fair space is organized as a journey across Vietnam, where each section is a vivid story about the people, culture and dynamic economy of the country.
The "Prosperous Autumn" subdivision - industry, trade and services, chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, brings together key industrial, production and trade corporations and enterprises of the whole country.
This is where manufacturing products, high technology, trade services, logistics and green energy shine, demonstrating the innovation capacity and endogenous strength of the Vietnamese economy.

The "Quintessence of Vietnamese culture and commercial meeting place" zone, chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, introduces high-quality products and services from Vietnam's cultural industries.
Here, music, fashion, cinema, fine arts, publishing and cuisine blend together, demonstrating the creativity and vitality of Vietnamese culture in the digital age, while opening up opportunities for cultural-economic-tourism exchange.
The "Quintessence of Hanoi Autumn" zone, chaired by the Hanoi People's Committee, recreates the culture of the thousand-year-old capital through OCOP space, traditional craft villages, cuisine, tourism and art performances.
Each booth here is a slice of Hanoi - elegant, sophisticated but no less modern, giving visitors a clear sense of the unique identity of the Capital in the brilliant autumn.
The "Autumn Land of Vietnam - Autumn Colors and Fragrances" sub-zone is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in coordination with 34 provinces and cities across the country.
Each locality has a 200m² booth displaying typical and unique products such as agriculture, forestry, and fishery products, handicrafts, OCOP products, and geographical indications.
This is where regional agricultural products are connected to domestic and international markets, affirming the increasingly high position of Vietnamese products on the global trade map.
The "Family Shopping" zone, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in coordination with Vingroup/VEC, offers a diverse shopping and experience space including fashion, interior design, cosmetics, consumer goods, entertainment, cuisine and technology.
Overall, the five zones create a harmonious economic-cultural picture, where Vietnamese goods, Vietnamese people, and Vietnamese spirit blend together, spreading pride and aspiration for national development in the integration era.
Along with that is the “Autumn Delicacies” Food Festival, with two sub-areas “Cheer Fest - beer and cross-border barbecue” and “A round of Vietnam”, where visitors explore the culinary quintessence of 34 provinces and cities.

At the press conference, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Autumn Fair, said that at the Fair, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize the "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" Zone to promote trade, connect supply and demand, stimulate domestic consumption, support businesses to expand export markets, develop brands, products and services of Vietnam's cultural industry.
According to Deputy Minister Ho An Phong, developing cultural and entertainment industries is a common trend in the world.
In Vietnam, cultural industries have great potential for development. Currently, cultural industries in Vietnam contribute more than 4% of the country's GDP, and the goal is to contribute more than 7% of GDP by 2025.
“Including cultural industries in the fair will help develop the market and create appeal for the fair to become a major attraction. People come to the fair not only to experience shopping but also to enjoy the culture,” said Deputy Minister Ho An Phong.
At the Fair, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize trade activities, promote and advertise products and services in a professional manner to boost market development for cultural industrial products.
Organize cultural, artistic, information and communication activities to promote the fair, attract customers, contribute to strengthening cooperation, signing trade agreements, developing brands, products and services of cultural industries.
Specifically, the "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" area will have 7 booths: Software and game booths with activities of organizing eSports tournaments, experiencing new games, interacting with the gaming community, receiving gifts to promote trade, providing popular game service packages, high-end games to serve the needs of players; business trading activities.
The publishing booth with activities such as book exchange and sale is designed as a "book festival" to honor reading culture and closely connect readers, authors, and publishers; the book cafe space is a place to meet, sign autographs, and sell books at preferential prices.
The cinema booth will organize exchanges with film crews; arrange booths to introduce and sell cinema products and items; trade souvenirs inspired by many Vietnamese films. There is also a movie screening space (on the 3rd floor of the Fair Center) to serve the audience, including the film "Red Rain".

The performing arts booth will be a place for trading in the field of performing arts; organizing exchanges with artists, learning about works and art forms, playing games related to traditional art forms, and selling handicrafts related to performing arts (costumes, musical instruments, lanterns, masks, puppets and decorative items).
Sports booth organizes martial arts performances, sports dance, and exchanges with athletes.
The booth also sells exercise equipment, sportswear, and functional foods to support athletes.
Fine arts, fashion, and handicraft booths organize trade between fine arts booths (paintings, sculptures, etc.), fashion design booths, and ceramics arranged according to themes.
The tourism booth has the participation of localities, businesses, travel agencies, hotels, resorts, amusement parks and transport companies. Customers will have access to promotional programs, buy tours at the best prices of the year.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is also assigned the task of developing and organizing activities at the central stage, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Fair; daily performances, seminars, signing of trade contracts, cooperation in developing cultural industries; exchange activities with artists and athletes; promotion activities, advertising cultural industry products at the central stage...
Cultural and artistic activities are organized in conjunction with attracting visitors, experiencing, shopping and trade promotion activities such as forums, signing cooperation agreements, trade connection activities, introducing new products and technologies; promoting cooperation between Vietnamese and international enterprises...
“The fair is an opportunity to promote culture and introduce Vietnamese cultural industries to the world. Currently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has connected with Amazon to develop e-commerce and attract buyers around the world. Businesses can introduce their products and promote international trade,” said Deputy Minister Ho An Phong, about promoting Vietnamese culture internationally through the fair.
The Autumn Fair has the theme "Connecting people with production and business", demonstrating humanistic thinking and long-term development vision, taking people as the center and driving force of the economy.
At the same time, it is affirmed that all activities of the fair, from exhibitions, seminars to connecting supply and demand, are aimed at connecting consumers with businesses, localities with markets, domestic with international, thereby clearing the flow of trade and promoting sustainable development.
The fair is also an important policy tool to stimulate consumption, promote production and business, expand import and export, and contribute to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% by 2025 set by the Government.
The 2025 Fall Fair is considered an event that "converges the 6 best": largest scale, most modern space, most diverse products, highest quality, most attractive activities and best deals.
The fair covers an area of over 130,000 square meters, with about 3,000 booths of 2,500 domestic and foreign enterprises.
The organizers said the fair is expected to welcome an average of 500,000 visitors per day, demonstrating the strong attraction of an event of national and regional stature.
