Conference on professional training, propaganda, dissemination of law and dialogue on the field of natural resources and environment

On June 16, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial Lawyers Association coordinated with the People's Committee of Ninh Hai district to organize a conference on professional training, propaganda, dissemination of laws and dialogue on the field of natural resources and environment in 2023.

At the training session, delegates who are leaders, experts and staff of specialized departments and units under the People's Committees at district and commune levels in Ninh Hai district were guided by reporters from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on professional matters with 7 topics on land and environment such as: Professional guidance on management and use of agricultural land funds for public purposes of communes, wards and towns. Professional guidance on developing land use management plans that have been included outside the planning regulations for 03 types of forests according to regulations; professional guidance on building and operating cadastral databases. Guidance on procedures for granting certificates of land use rights, house use rights and other assets attached to land to households and individuals using land without documents on land use rights...

In addition to being guided on the profession, delegates also had direct dialogue and were consulted by lawyers, answered and resolved difficulties and problems regarding policies and laws in the field of natural resources and environment such as: Procedures, legal basis for resolving complaints, denunciations and disputes on land; procedures, legal basis for land recovery, site clearance and compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land; procedures, legal basis for granting land use right certificates.
