In September, press, communication and state management of press in Quang Ninh province continued to maintain order, proactively and effectively. Press agencies in the area closely followed the propaganda orientation, comprehensively and deeply reflecting political , economic, cultural - social, national defense - security activities, especially successfully propagating the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, creating an exciting and trusting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people. Positive, objective press information, in line with political orientation, contributed to strengthening people's trust in the Party and government; spreading the spirit of innovation, creativity and aspiration for sustainable development of the province.

Coordination in providing information, speaking out, and handling press feedback has been enhanced; press feedback and recommendations have been received and responded to promptly by the authorities, demonstrating a spirit of openness and responsibility. In addition, the press has also promoted its role as a social criticism channel, detecting limitations and shortcomings in management, infrastructure, environment, and people's livelihood, helping the government promptly correct and improve.

At the regular press conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Department of Home Affairs also informed about the plan to organize the 2025 civil servant recruitment exam for the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Quang Ninh province; and recruit civil servants to work at administrative agencies of Quang Ninh province in 2025 (phase 1).

The leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment informed about the Plan to implement the 90-day campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database. Accordingly, the campaign will be deployed synchronously in the province from September 8 to November 30, 2025, with the goal of reviewing and cleaning up the entire land database that has been built over time in 54/54 communes, wards, and special zones; collecting, digitizing, and creating data for certificates that have been issued but the database has not been built. This is a strategic step of Quang Ninh on the journey of modernizing state management. When land data is standardized and operated effectively, the province will have a solid foundation to deploy online public services, build smart cities, and attract investment for sustainable development.
