On the afternoon of September 5, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to commend typical examples in the patriotic emulation movement for the 2020-2025 period. Comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the conference.

In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has effectively implemented emulation and reward work associated with the implementation of the agency's key political tasks, ensuring regular and continuous emulation movements, creating motivation, proactive spirit, creativity and responsibility for cadres, civil servants and workers.

The work of fostering advanced models is focused on, promptly discovering, praising and replicating advanced models in the agency. Mass mobilization work has many innovations, strongly oriented towards the grassroots; the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has spread widely, associated with the construction of new rural areas, civilized urban areas, sustainable poverty reduction, building a civilized lifestyle, actively contributing to political stability and socio -economic development of the province.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and sharing experiences in the work of grasping the situation, orienting public opinion, mass mobilization work, religion... At the same time, they proposed directions, tasks and solutions to improve the quality and effectively implement emulation movements in the coming time.

In the period of 2026-2030, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission will continue to innovate emulation and reward work; develop evaluation and classification criteria associated with the effectiveness of implementing key tasks; promote the responsibility of leaders in discovering, praising, and promptly rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements. At the same time, emulation and reward work will be linked with building and replicating advanced models, good people, good deeds, creating a spreading and inspiring force, contributing to promoting the patriotic emulation movement and arousing the aspiration to develop a rich and prosperous country.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission awarded 6 collectives and 14 individuals with achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025. At the same time, the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030 was launched with the motto "Solidarity - Innovation - Improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work; steadfastly stepping into the era of national rise", determined to excellently complete political tasks and well implement the patriotic emulation movement. The conference also approved the list of delegates to attend the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang province, period 2025 - 2030.

In the exciting emulation atmosphere of the entire Party, people and army to achieve practical achievements to welcome the 1st Tuyen Quang Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress; the 12th Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress, he requested all cadres, party members, civil servants and workers to promote the spirit of responsibility, positivity, creativity, solidarity, determination and proactive response to implementation.
