On October 11, in Hanoi, the Government Office held an online conference to train professionals on administrative procedure reform and control, and implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
In Ninh Binh , the conference was held at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committees of districts and cities. Attending the conference at the bridge point of the Provincial People's Committee headquarters were representatives of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Information and Communications, Ninh Binh Telecommunications, the Public Administration Service Center; focal officers performing the administrative procedure control work and officers in charge of information technology of departments, branches and sectors; leaders and specialists in charge of administrative procedure control work of the Internal Affairs Department, the Provincial People's Committee Office; representatives of the Science and Education Department of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the district and city level bridge points, there are representatives of the People's Committees of districts and cities; focal officers performing administrative procedure control work, officers in charge of information technology, and officers working at the One-Stop Section of the People's Committees at district and commune levels.
Delegates attending the conference listened to representatives of the Department of Administrative Procedure Control, Government Office convey the following contents: Overview of administrative procedure control; instructions on reviewing, evaluating, and restructuring administrative procedure processes to provide online public services, standardizing application forms, declarations, and establishing interactive electronic forms; instructions on digitizing records and results of handling administrative procedures; sharing data between the Information System for handling administrative procedures at ministerial and provincial levels and the National Public Service Portal; introducing the set of indicators for directing, operating, and evaluating the quality of service for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and public services according to the implementation time in the electronic environment according to Decision No. 766/QD-TTg dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister ; reviewing and simplifying internal administrative procedures.
Through the training program, it helps to raise awareness and professional skills for the team of focal officers performing administrative procedure control and officers in charge of information technology of agencies and units; improve the responsibility and implementation methods of officers and civil servants in reforming, reviewing administrative procedures, and implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment; on that basis, advise the leaders of agencies and units to fully, promptly, qualitatively and effectively deploy the contents of administrative procedure control activities, and implement administrative procedures in the electronic environment, meeting the requirements of administrative reform in the current period, contributing to the effective implementation of the National Digital Transformation.
