BIDV announces information on changes in transaction office management

Based on the approval of the State Bank, Region 7 Branch in Document No. 2068/KV7-QLGS1 dated September 22, 2025 on changing the managing branch for 06 transaction offices from under Thanh Nam Branch to under Nam Dinh Branch, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development announces the change as follows:

1. Change the branch managing Hoa Xa Transaction Office from under Thanh Nam Branch to under Nam Dinh Branch. The transaction office name changes as follows:

- Old name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch - Hoa Xa Transaction Office;

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Nam Dinh Branch - Hoa Xa Transaction Office.

2. Change the branch managing the Ý Yên Transaction Office from under Thanh Nam Branch to under Nam Định Branch. The transaction office name changes as follows:
