The program aims to mobilize at least VND65 billion in 65 days, from August 13 to October 16, 2025, to support food, necessities, medical supplies and implement sustainable humanitarian activities for the Cuban people.

Immediately after its launch, the program received enthusiastic responses from millions of Vietnamese hearts: departments, ministries, branches, socio- political organizations, people's organizations, agencies, units, businesses, international organizations, as well as a large number of compatriots at home and abroad. From cities to rural areas, from soldiers on the border to students in school, all share the same beat: "Vietnam is always with Cuba!".
In the Letter of Thanks dated August 14, the Vietnam Red Cross Society emphasized that this is a vivid demonstration of the special, loyal and steadfast solidarity and friendship of the Vietnamese people towards the Cuban people; at the same time, it is a valuable resource that helps our friends overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and continue to develop. These noble gestures not only have material value but also shine with spiritual value, contributing to preserving and fostering the immortal symbol of Vietnam - Cuba solidarity in all circumstances.
The program will continue to be implemented until October 16, 2025. The Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross and the member agencies of the Organizing Committee hope to continue to receive the cooperation and companionship of agencies, units, organizations, individuals and compatriots at home and abroad, in order to expand the circle of humanity, spread humanitarian values and noble international sentiment to the Cuban people.
