More than 700 people participated in the My Duc Commune Sports Festival

On the morning of October 3, at My Duc Primary and Secondary School, the People's Committee of My Duc commune opened the first Sports Festival, attracting 18 parade groups, 6 mass performances with more than 700 participants.

At the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of My Duc Commune People's Committee Pham Trong Cua emphasized that this is an event to welcome the success of the 1st Congress of My Duc Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030; to welcome the 18th City Party Congress, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The opening ceremony was held solemnly, safely and in accordance with the protocol, with the participation of representatives of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports; leaders of My Duc commune; Secretaries, Village Heads; School Boards; and athletes, referees and youth.

The program includes a parade to show off the strength of 18 groups ( Military , Police, Veterans, Farmers' Association, Women's Union, Youth Union, Education, Health, Athletes - Referees, villages, Puppet Ward, Gong...); torch procession, lighting of traditional fires...

The festival took place enthusiastically with 6 performances with the theme "My Duc solidarity - steady progress", including: Festival drums, lion and dragon martial arts, "Healthy for the country" dance, "Oh Vietnam" performance, "My Duc warm homeland love" and the formation "As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day".

The performances mobilized a large number of students, members of local cultural and artistic organizations and clubs to participate, creating an exciting atmosphere on the opening day.
