On the occasion of welcoming the New Year 2025 and the traditional Lunar New Year of the Snake, on behalf of the Party Committee, the State Capital Representative Group, the Board of Directors, the General Directorate of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group and the Standing Committee of Vietnam Rubber Trade Union, I would like to send my warmest regards and best wishes for a healthy, happy, peaceful and prosperous New Year to generations of cadres, workers, union members and laborers working at home and abroad, along with their families!

We have just gone through 2024 with many difficulties and hardships. With the attention and direction of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, and relevant Ministries and branches; the coordination and support of localities and sister units; especially promoting the glorious 95-year historical tradition of the Vietnam Rubber Industry, the Group's leadership and employees have united, determined to overcome difficulties and challenges and have excellently completed the 2024 plan targets; the owner's capital has been preserved and developed; obligations to the State budget have been well performed; maximum benefits of State owners and shareholders have been ensured; good lives, jobs and incomes for employees have been ensured.

Consolidated revenue in 2024 is estimated at VND 26,307 billion, equal to 105.2% of the plan; pre-tax profit is estimated at VND 4,450 billion, equal to 108.4% of the plan; In particular, it is expected to contribute VND 6,100 billion to the budget, 54% higher than the plan, creating stable jobs for more than 81,500 employees, of which foreign employees (Cambodia, Laos) are 19,857 people, accounting for 24.5%, ethnic minority employees are 17,269 people, accounting for 21.3%. The average income of employees in the whole Group is VND 11.0 million/person/month, an increase of 30% compared to 2023.

Along with production and business activities, the Group has made many efforts to care for the material and spiritual life of workers in many flexible, diverse and practical ways. The Vietnam Rubber Trade Union continues to affirm its important role in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests so that workers can feel secure in their attachment to the unit.

2025 is the year of many important events of the country, welcoming the Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Patriotic emulation congresses at all levels, the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress. 2025 is also the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 9th Party Congress of the Group for the 2020-2025 term and the 5-year production, business and investment development plan 2021-2025 of the Group. Based on the forecast of the domestic and international economic situation, with the spirit of efforts to overcome difficulties, determination and aspiration to rise, the Group strives to achieve the highest level of the 2025 plan, build goals and strategies for the development of the Group to 2030, vision 2035 to maintain the Group's position as the leading agricultural enterprise in Vietnam.

On the occasion of the New Year, on behalf of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, General Director Board of the Group and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union, I would like to sincerely thank the leaders of the Party, State, leaders of ministries, central departments and branches, and leaders of localities for their attention, direction and support to the Group, contributing greatly to the excellent completion of the tasks in 2024.

We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to the generations of Group Leaders and Leaders of member units and all employees in the industry who have accompanied and shared the difficulties, overcome the difficulties with the Group and achieved many good results. We wish all employees and their families a new year full of health, happiness and success!
