New insurance policy guidance for businesses in Vung Ang Economic Zone

On the afternoon of October 2, Ha Tinh Employment Service Center coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance to organize a conference to disseminate and guide the implementation of policies on new points of the Social Insurance Law 2024 and the Employment Law 2025 for businesses and units in Vung Ang Economic Zone.

During the session, representatives of the Provincial Social Insurance and Ha Tinh Employment Service Center disseminated and guided the implementation of a number of new policies and regulations on the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance (according to the Social Insurance Law 2024, effective from July 1, 2025); a number of new regulations on unemployment insurance policies according to the provisions of the Employment Law 2025.

Representatives of the Provincial Social Insurance Department conveyed new points of the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance.

The conference also disseminated documents related to supporting businesses in recruitment through job exchanges, helping units and businesses have more official information channels, making it easier to access human resources.

In particular, the direct discussion and response section promptly resolved problems and difficulties during the actual implementation process.

Nearly 100 delegates representing businesses and units in Vung Ang Economic Zone attended the conference.

This is a practical activity, helping businesses and employers promptly grasp new policies, ensure compliance with the law, and at the same time improve the effectiveness of implementing social security policies in the area.
