Phuc Tho district is about to auction 13 residential land plots, starting price from 16.5 million/m2

Trach My Loc commune has 7 residential land plots about to be auctioned.

7 plots of land in Trach My Loc commune have a starting auction price of 23.4 million VND/m2. In Xuan Dinh commune, 5 plots of land have a starting auction price of 25 million VND/m2. Meanwhile, 1 plot of land in Tich Giang commune has an auction price of only 16.5 million VND/m2.

The total area of ​​13 residential land plots expected to be auctioned in the coming time in 3 communes: Trach My Loc, Xuan Dinh and Tich Giang is more than 5,900m2. Phuc Tho district expects to collect at least 39.5 billion VND from the auction of the above residential land plots.

All participating auction organizations must submit their applications to the Phuc Tho District Land Fund Development Center. In particular, it is necessary to meet all the conditions prescribed in Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH-14 and the criteria prescribed in Article 3 of Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice .
