Japfa Vietnam cooks with 1,500 children

This is an activity under the project "Uniting for the community" which has been implemented since the beginning of September this year. In the first implementation phase, the program accompanied 800 kindergarten and primary school students in Phu Rieng district, Binh Phuoc province. Next, the journey to sponsor lunch for nearly 400 students at Be Van Dan Primary School (Krong No District, Dak Nong Province) and donate books to the school library. The "Nutrition Meal" program will continue to be implemented in December in Hoa Binh Province.

Mr. Clemens Tan - General Director of Japfa Vietnam - said that identifying sustainable development as the core goal in business activities, the company is coordinating with many partners to implement community programs such as supporting children to go to school, planting trees, giving seedlings to disadvantaged families, accompanying customers to overcome the effects of natural disasters, epidemics, etc.

The program provides nutritious meals to 800 children in Long Ha commune (Phu Rieng district, Binh Phuoc province).

With a long-term strategy and specific actions, in 2024 the journey brought hundreds of gifts and learning equipment to students across the country. In addition, the program supported 1 ton of fresh food, 35,000 chickens with food to contribute to the economic development of farming households.

In an effort to minimize damage and restore production after Typhoon Yagi, the company has paid for damages at contract farms, donated disinfectants, and provided useful advice on housing techniques to help farmers effectively restore their herds.
