Japfa accompanies 500 students to school

This year, the program awarded nearly 500 scholarships and gifts including backpacks and notebooks to elementary school students in difficult circumstances with good academic achievements. Notably, the funding for the implementation came from the online race of Japfa staff on the occasion of the company's 29th anniversary, along with the support of local business partners.

Mr. Tran Van Son, Sales Director of Japfa Animal Feed in the Northern region, said: “Over many years of implementation, the project has increasingly affirmed its value in the community and received a lot of support and participation from partners. This year, we are expanding the scale of the region, increasing the number of gifts and scholarships to support many students in difficult circumstances, adding motivation for them to strive to study and develop.”

Accompanying Japfa at Quyet Thang Primary School (Dong Tho Commune, Tuyen Quang Province), Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sang, Director of Sang Nhung Cooperative shared: “As a local business, I want to share and support the community. Participating in this program with Japfa, I clearly feel the humanistic value of contributing to bringing joy and encouragement at the beginning of the school year to the children”. On this occasion, Sang Nhung Cooperative awarded 40 more scholarships worth 20 million VND to students from schools in the area.

'Sending love - Going to school with you' is a corporate social responsibility program for children, implemented by Japfa Vietnam for many years. According to the project's objectives, the activities are based on the aspect of nutritional support, improving physical health and providing a better learning environment for children. To date, the journey has given more than 2,000 gifts and learning equipment, and supported nutritional food for thousands of students in many provinces and cities across the country.

This year, the program "Sending love, going to school with you" expanded its regional scale, increasing the number of gifts and scholarships for many elementary school students.

Continuing the journey of supporting disadvantaged students to go to school, Japfa also launched the 'Japfa Grow - Nurturing' program, awarding 130 scholarships including cash and gifts to children of employees in difficult circumstances. This is a practical source of encouragement, demonstrating the connection between the company and the employees' families to take care of the future generation.
