According to the actual field inspection and construction acceptance of the Vietnam Road Administration (VRA), by October 2025, the project had achieved a cumulative output of about 660.35/763.74 billion VND (reaching 86.5% of the contract value; cumulative disbursement from the beginning of the project to date reached 636.54/945 billion VND (reaching 67.4%), in 2025, 343/653.8 billion VND was disbursed (reaching 52.5%).

Currently, at the project site, the investor and construction contractors have basically completed the sand filling of the roadbed, construction of the type II crushed aggregate layer (lower layer) reaching 24.13/26.4 km; construction of type I crushed aggregate layer (upper layer) reaching 9.11/26.4 km, preparing for the asphalt paving project; completed the construction of piles and substructure of 29/29 bridges on the route, 28/29 bridges have installed girders, 14/29 bridges have completed the bridge deck...
Checking the design documents, construction organization and quality management at the construction site shows that the investor mobilizes 33 construction teams every day, with nearly 100 specialized machines and equipment, hundreds of workers and laborers spread across the entire route to construct the items, but the project progress is still about 0.58% behind schedule. Some items to adjust and supplement damage to the main road surface, add drainage culverts across the service road, adjust flowerbed drainage solutions, adjust T1 pillar of Tan My bridge, adjust and supplement traffic safety... have been approved by the investor, but the implementation progress is slow, if not accelerated in the coming time, it will affect the overall progress of the project.

Notably, some construction contractors still allow traffic safety problems to occur, such as: Truong Thanh contractor constructing Lo Te intersection has not covered, put up signs, or fenced off the area where steel materials are gathered at the construction site, lacks workers to guide traffic safety, and measures to anchor iron beams are still sketchy... Or Nghe An Construction Company contractor is constructing the CPĐ layer but has not ensured the number of rollers according to the process, and has not filled the sand on the access road scientifically ...
Regarding the work of ensuring labor safety and environmental sanitation, through inspection, the Vietnam Road Administration informed that at some bridges under construction of bridge decks and guardrails, at spans crossing residential roads, there are no measures to prevent materials from falling from the spans to ensure safety for people and vehicles below; in some locations, excess sand for roadbed filling has not been removed, unused sand has not been removed, and slope grass has not been trimmed...
In addition, there are currently some residential areas encroaching on the road corridor on the route, building entrances directly connecting to the main route (in an area without a service road design), directly affecting traffic safety on the route and the traffic organization plan after the project is put into use. The investor needs to coordinate to clear the area soon.
Faced with the above reality, the Vietnam Road Administration requests the My Thuan Project Management Board and the contractor to urgently complete safety measures, speed up construction progress, closely monitor construction quality, strictly comply with Decree 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2025 of the Government , legal provisions on construction, bidding and signed contracts; direct consultants and supervise the full implementation of construction quality management work in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, periodically report construction results and construction maintenance to the Vietnam Road Administration.
In addition, the investor directed the contractor to review and fully supplement the system of markers, signs, traffic lights to ensure traffic safety, arrange personnel on duty to warn, organize traffic regulation, labor protection equipment, etc. to ensure absolute safety for workers, construction equipment, traffic participants, people in the project area during construction and security, order, and environmental sanitation; examine traffic safety before putting into operation; review the design plan and traffic organization at some locations connecting the service road with Cao Lanh, Lap Vo, and Vam Cong bridges to improve traffic safety on the route after the project is accepted and put into use.
In addition, the investor urgently works with Road Management Area IV and local authorities to find solutions to handle locations that violate road corridors; households that illegally connect to the main route to handle according to regulations, to ensure the separation of motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles from the main route according to the project's traffic organization plan approved by the Ministry of Construction .
