Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, has just agreed to assign Nha Trang City People's Committee to carry out detailed planning (scale 1/500) for the new administrative center of Khanh Hoa province.

In the immediate future, Mr. Tuan proposed that the Nha Trang City People's Committee prioritize detailed planning in the area with 2 projects: Joint headquarters for departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee, joint headquarters for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio- political organizations and special associations of the province (9.21 ha); Khanh Hoa Provincial General Hospital becomes the final hospital of the South Central Coast region (11.22 ha).

For land plots with identified investors and management units, Mr. Tuan requested that the investors urgently identify and provide information on the project's architectural plan criteria to the Nha Trang City People's Committee for synthesis and implementation of detailed planning to ensure infrastructure synchronization.

According to the report of Nha Trang City People's Committee, the area planned for the detailed planning project of the new Provincial Administrative Center has a total area of ​​61.92 hectares, of which 37.62 hectares of land have been identified by the investor and management unit to be used to build administrative headquarters (accounting for 60.75% of the detailed planning area, not including the infrastructure project of the area).

However, assigning the Nha Trang City People's Committee to establish the entire detailed planning for the land plots to build the headquarters of agencies when there is no architectural competition plan will encounter many difficulties and problems in the process of determining specific land use criteria and architectural requirements for each plot of land.
