Khanh Hoa is ready for the 1st Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On the morning of September 19, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a press conference to announce information on preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Lam Dong, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, said that the 1st Congress of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, will take place in 2.5 days (from September 21 to 23). The preparatory session will be on September 21, the official session on September 22 and 23, and the closing session will be on the morning of September 23.

In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee have focused on leading, directing and issuing many documents to prepare well for the organization of the congress. In general, the organization of the Party Congresses at all levels has been carried out seriously, on schedule, ensuring the provisions of the Party Charter and the requirements of Directive No. 45 of the Politburo .

Khanh Hoa is ready for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

The total number of delegates attending the congress is 397, including 57 ex-officio delegates and 340 appointed delegates. The congress's content implements 2 contents according to Directive No. 45 of the Politburo , including: Summarizing the implementation of the Provincial Party Congress resolution for the 2020-2025 term and determining the directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; Discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

The Congress will not elect a new Party Committee and Delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Politburo will appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term and appoint delegates to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.

In particular, the goal is to build Khanh Hoa province to raise its development level, become a centrally-run city, a high growth pole; the people have a high standard of living, are peaceful and happy", Comrade Lam Dong emphasized.

The 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will not accept congratulatory flowers. This is a policy to organize the congress solemnly, practically, effectively, economically, avoiding ostentation and waste; at the same time, encourage agencies, units and people to respond to practical emulation movements to welcome the congress.

By June 30, 2025, Khanh Hoa province had completed 460/460 party cells and grassroots party committees that were required to hold congresses for the 2025-2030 term, reaching 100%. By August 10, 2025, the entire province had successfully organized 68/68 party congresses, completing them earlier than the time set by the Central Government (August 31, 2025).

Welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, from the beginning of July 2025 to now, the Party Committees under the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee have started and completed projects, including: Groundbreaking Ceremony of Nha Trang International General Hospital Project; inauguration of Component Project 1 - the section connecting the North - South Expressway with National Highway 1A; inauguration of Song Than Reservoir project; groundbreaking of Hacom Ocean City Social Housing Project.
