In particular, in La Nga commune, the Red Cross Society gave a Red Cross House to Mr. Nguyen Van Ut's family (46 years old), in Vinh An hamlet, who is in particularly difficult circumstances, living mainly by working as hired laborers, pulling nets, and raising fish on rafts. The whole family lives on a small, cramped fish raft that is very dangerous during heavy rains and strong winds.
In Phu Thinh commune, the Provincial Red Cross Society presented two Red Cross houses to Mr. Phan Van Hau (46 years old), in Hamlet 3, and Mrs. Lam Thi Kieu Trang's household, in Hamlet 2. Both of these cases live in temporary houses that have seriously degraded and do not have the conditions to repair or rebuild.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Lam Thi Kieu Trang is taking care of her elderly parents and raising her children. Meanwhile, she herself had a stroke and her health has declined, so she is currently trying to work as a factory worker. Mrs. Trang's husband works for hire and has an unstable job and income.
In addition to the inauguration, handover of houses and giving gifts to households, the Provincial Red Cross also organized the giving of 35 gifts to poor households in difficult circumstances in Phu Thinh commune (Tan Phu district), worth 500,000 VND/gift.
