Successful auction of the first "golden" land plot in Dong Nai

(DN) - On the morning of September 30, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center coordinated with the Provincial Auction Service Center to organize an auction of land use rights for plot 197, map sheet number 95, Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai province.

The land plot has an area of ​​487 m², the purpose of use is urban residential land, located at the intersection of Nguyen Ai Quoc Street and Le A Street.

As a result of the auction, the winner of the above land plot was the customer with the highest bid of nearly 34.5 billion VND.

According to Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center Le Thanh Dien, this is the first successfully auctioned land plot in 2025 and the entire period from 2021 to present.

According to the plan, from now until the end of 2025, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will auction 42 land plots, including many large-scale residential projects, with an expected revenue of about 20 trillion VND, contributing to the completion of the 2025 budget revenue target of Dong Nai province.
