Inauguration of Searee Logistics Warehouse in Da Nang

DNO - To celebrate the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2024), Searee Refrigeration and Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Searefico E&C Construction Engineering Joint Stock Company organized the inauguration of Searee Logistics Warehouse in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park.

This event marks an important development step in the logistics industry of Da Nang city with a development orientation in line with the logistics development strategy that the city is striving to implement.

After nearly 12 months of construction with a total investment of over 49 billion VND, the Searee Logistics Warehouse project officially came into operation. The Searee Logistics Warehouse in Da Nang has a construction area of over ^8,000m2 and a yard ^{of 3,000m2} , which can be divided into 2-3 independent modules.

The warehouse is equipped with a modern fire prevention and fire alarm system, along with a lighting system and surveillance cameras that meet current standards. In addition, the warehouse is built with green materials, with good insulation performance, helping to minimize energy consumption for cooling the warehouse, thereby reducing operating costs, not only helping to improve energy efficiency but also demonstrating Searee's commitment to the environment and sustainable development.

The warehouse is flexibly designed with the ability to install a shelf system up to 6 floors high, floor load capacity up to 3 tons/ ^m2 and a new generation of 10 dock leveler system (automatic hydraulic lifting floor), serving all types of vehicles from 500kg to 40 feet containers, ready to provide customers with modern and efficient storage space.

Searee General Director Nguyen Khoa Dang emphasized that Da Nang city has a particularly important strategic position, being the gateway to the sea of the Central Highlands and the countries of Laos, Thailand, Myanmar and located on an important international air route, so the inauguration and putting into use of Searee Logistics Warehouse will contribute to perfecting the logistics system in the region.

At the same time, the project helps meet the increasing demand for storage and circulation of goods, creating conditions to promote sustainable economic growth for the Central Coast and Central Highlands regions in general and Da Nang city in particular.
