Currently, Mao Khe Coal Company has 3,850 staff and workers with 13 mining workshops and 3 tunneling workshops. Since the beginning of the year, the Company has exploited more than 1.6 million tons of raw coal and dug nearly 14,000m of tunnel. The average income of workers is 21 million VND/person/month. For 3 consecutive years, the Company has achieved the title "Enterprise for workers". These achievements are mainly due to the contributions of the team of miners who are diligently digging coal in the market furnace.
