Promoting the role of grassroots front cadres

Not only is she an active advocate for people to donate land to build roads, making it easier for people to travel and transport agricultural products, Ms. Hue also actively calls on businesses, philanthropists and people in the village to support poor and disadvantaged households in terms of funds, seedlings and labor days to build and repair houses and develop production. Up to now, the village has no poor households. People voluntarily practice a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals; participate in self-governing groups in residential areas to protect the environment and maintain security and order.

As a young, dynamic, creative, daring and action-oriented front official, from 2020 up to now, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Linh, Head of the Front Working Committee of Ward 8 (Cao Xanh Ward) has propagated and mobilized people to contribute more than 450 million VND to concretize inter-area roads and sidewalks; build new and repair houses for 2 households in difficult circumstances, implement the model "Pham Ngoc Thach Flower Street", install AI security camera system in the area, contributing to building a bright, green, clean, beautiful and secure residential area.

Mr. Linh shared: To gain people's trust, I must always be a good example, saying what I do. When implementing the urban beautification socialization movement, I must be the first to contribute, then mobilize the people. Only then will the people agree to implement it and everything will be successful.

Quang Ninh currently has 1,452 Heads of the Front Work Committee in villages, hamlets and residential areas. Although their ages, qualifications and contribution processes are different, they are all enthusiastic, responsible, dedicated, creative, persistent and closely attached to the community. They are important nuclei contributing to building, consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc in the new period.

With the active contribution of the grassroots front cadres, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has mobilized large resources from the people, contributing together with local Party committees and authorities to effectively carry out patriotic emulation campaigns and movements, such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind"; "Repaying gratitude"; "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary houses and dilapidated houses"; activities to care for Tet for poor, near-poor households, households in difficult circumstances...

In particular, from 2022 to now, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has mobilized 100% of socialized resources, not using the budget to implement the "Tet for the Poor" Program and organized the simultaneous giving of Tet gifts, ensuring that everyone has Tet; focused on mobilizing social resources to support localities to complete environmental and housing criteria for poor, near-poor households, and people in difficult circumstances in the area with a total budget of 157.8 billion VND, supporting the construction and repair of 2,513 Great Solidarity houses with a total amount of 106.9 billion VND.
