Construction of 13 public investment projects using provincial budget capital started in the first quarter

Ta Quang Buu Apartment Building ( Hai Duong City), invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, started construction on January 16.

According to the project implementation progress scenario and the disbursement progress of public investment capital in 2025 of Hai Duong province, in the first quarter of 2025, 12 projects, construction works, repair of facilities and traffic infrastructure using provincial budget capital will be started. The total investment capital of the works and projects is nearly 5,000 billion VND.

Among the 12 projects and works mentioned above, the most notable ones are: Application of information technology in the activities of Hai Duong Provincial Party agencies in the period of 2024 - 2025; Construction of the intersection of National Highway 17B with National Highway 5 and the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway; Construction of the Hai Duong Provincial Social Protection Center (new headquarters); Construction of the Hai Duong Vocational Education and Employment Service Center; Construction of the Secondary School of Culture - Arts and Tourism; Construction of Provincial Road 394B (the section connecting from Provincial Road 395 to the North - South axis road, Thanh Mien district); Construction of the extended Provincial Road 396 (the section connecting from Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390)...

Along with the above 12 projects, the construction of Ta Quang Buu apartment building (Hai Duong city) with a total investment of nearly 330 billion VND will also start in the first quarter of 2025. This is the only social housing project using provincial budget capital in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.

As of January 18, two projects have started construction: Ta Quang Buu apartment building and the intersection of National Highway 17B with National Highway 5 and the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway.

Also according to the 2025 public investment disbursement plan scenario, Hai Duong province expects the public investment disbursement rate in January to reach about 3%; in February it will reach 8% and in March it will reach 19%.
