Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized that the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 100 Great Unity houses under Project 384 in 2024 was allocated to the districts of Ninh Son, Thuan Nam, Thuan Bac, Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Hai. This is one of the meaningful activities to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh 's Testament (1969-2024); at the same time, responding to the emulation movement launched by the Prime Minister "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025".
Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and local leaders performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Great Unity House for the 2023-2025 period.
In order for the project to be implemented effectively, as well as strive to complete and hand over 100 houses in October - the peak month for the poor, he requested the Fatherland Front of the districts to actively advise local Party committees and authorities, promptly remove obstacles and difficulties in the process of implementing support for house building; select reputable contractors with construction capacity, build according to the design; strengthen inspection, supervision, urging, ensure progress and quality of housing for people. On the part of the people when receiving financial support from the project, they need to proactively add counterpart resources to make the house more spacious and sustainable.
Comrade Le Van Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, presented a support board to build 30 Great Solidarity houses for poor and near-poor households in Ninh Son district.
Accordingly, implementing Project 384, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has developed a plan to support 1,243 houses. In 2023, 243 houses will be completed and handed over to households; 500 houses will be deployed in 2024 and 500 houses will be deployed in 2025. The minimum construction cost for each house is 100 million VND; in which, the source of social mobilization support and the provincial and district budget is 90 million VND, the rest is mobilized from families, relatives, clans and communities. The minimum house construction area is 32m2, the house structure ensures the "3 hard" standard (hard floor, hard frame - hard wall and hard roof) and has a toilet.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented a support board to build 30 Great Solidarity houses for poor and near-poor households in Ninh Son district.
