Launching Ha Long high-tech tunnel brick factory

QTO - On October 7, at Hai Chanh Industrial Cluster, Nam Hai Lang Commune, Ha Long High-class Ceramic Joint Stock Company held a machine start-up ceremony and signed a strategic cooperation agreement for Ha Long High-tech Tunnel Brick Factory.

The Ha Long High-Tech Tunnel Brick Factory Project started construction on March 19, 2022, with a total investment of nearly 200 billion VND, an area of ​​over 6.5 hectares, and a design capacity of over 40 million bricks/year.

The factory has invested in a mobile rotary kiln technology line integrated with an advanced heat recovery chamber, helping to save energy, reduce _CO2 emissions and be environmentally friendly. The entire equipment system meets European standards (EC Standard), operated by a PLC-SCADA intelligent control system, ensuring accuracy and stable product quality.

In particular, four Japanese YASKAWA industrial robot complexes were installed in key stages, helping to automate almost the entire production line - replacing about 600 manual workers, contributing to improving productivity and ensuring labor safety.
