In the first 6 months of 2024, the Party Committee and Command of Naval Region 4 led and directed the entire Region to always be united, unified, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks; strictly maintain combat-ready forces and means, organize on-duty, post, observe, grasp the situation at sea and on islands, promptly advise the Party Committee and Naval Command to properly handle situations, avoid being passive and surprised, firmly protect the sovereignty of assigned seas and islands, maintain a peaceful and stable environment at sea.
