From the night of November 12, the weather in the North and North Central regions will turn cold, with some areas in the mountainous areas of the North experiencing severe cold. From early morning to evening of November 13, from Quang Binh to Phu Yen, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall from 20-50mm, in some places over 80mm.

In addition, from November 12-13, the North will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally moderate rain, heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30mm/24h, in some places over 50mm/24h.

The meteorological agency warned that from the night of November 13-14, Ha Tinh will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain, with rainfall ranging from 50-100mm, and in some places over 120mm.

From the night of November 13-17, from Quang Binh to Phu Yen , there will be moderate to heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain, with common rainfall from 200-450mm, and in some places over 700mm.

At sea, from the afternoon of November 12, the Northeast wind in Bac Bo Gulf is strong at level 6, then gradually increasing to level 7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 2-4m high, rough seas.

From November 12, the North East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) has strong Northeast winds of level 6, then gradually increasing to level 7, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9, waves 3-6m high, rough seas. From November 13, the sea from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the North of the central East Sea has strong Northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 2-5m high, rough seas.
