This cloud area continues to expand to the east and northeast.
From noon to the afternoon of September 9, wards in Hanoi's inner city such as Chuong My, Yen Nghia, Kien Hung, Duong Noi, Ha Dong... will have rain, showers and thunderstorms. After that, the thunderstorm area may expand to other wards in the center of Hanoi. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
