Checking administrative reform associated with implementing discipline in 2025

Implementing Plan No. 40/KH-SYT, dated March 17, 2025 of the Department of Health on inspecting administrative reform work in 2025; Plan No. 41/KH-SYT, dated March 18, 2025 on inspecting administrative discipline and order in 2025, from August 6 to September 4, 2025, the Department of Health organized an inspection of administrative reform work (AR) associated with implementing administrative discipline and order (AR) in 2025 at its affiliated units.

The results of direct inspection at 15/20 units and 05/20 indirect inspection units through reports show that the units have proactively developed plans and organized implementation to 100% of civil servants and employees; promptly reviewed, revised and supplemented regulations in accordance with regulations, contributing to leadership and direction of professional task implementation to ensure the set progress...

However, in addition to the achieved results, the Inspection Team of the Department of Health also pointed out some limitations such as: Many units do not have initiatives or scientific research topics on administrative reform; some units have not built timely plans, reporting work has not been on time; a few units still have professional targets that have not met the planned progress, and staff organization work is still limited...

To promote the achieved results, overcome existing limitations, continue to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform activities associated with the implementation of KLKCHC, the Department of Health directs units to continue implementing the following key tasks:

Strengthen leadership and direction in strictly implementing administrative reform and administrative reform, focusing on immediately overcoming shortcomings and limitations pointed out through inspection.

Synchronously implement solutions to ensure the completion of professional targets and key tasks set out in 2025.

Continue to review and improve the organizational structure of staff according to regulations; improve management staff in departments and divisions; review and adjust the number and structure of job titles according to the Job Position Project... Pay attention to training and fostering to improve professional qualifications for civil servants...

Continue to do a good job of political and ideological education, building a team of cadres, civil servants and workers with ethics, political qualities and professional capacity.

Strengthening internal inspection of administrative reform and administrative reform implementation at the unit to improve the spirit, attitude and responsibility of officials and employees in implementing the 2025 theme " Tightening discipline, enhancing responsibility, taking drastic actions, accelerating breakthroughs " to contribute to the successful completion of the work of caring for and protecting people's health.
