Check for unusual signs of "construction before bidding results"

Speaking with Giao Thong Newspaper, a leader of Chu Se District Party Committee, Gia Lai province said that he had directed the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to check for signs of irregularities in the project package "Installing additional fans for the Great Hall of the Chu Se District Political Center".

According to the case file, on April 8, the Chu Se District Political Center ( Gia Lai ) decided to approve the bidding documents for the project "Installing additional fans for the Great Hall of the Chu Se District Political Center".

At 8am on April 17, the documents were stopped and the bids were opened. One day later, the bid was opened and the result was that Phong Phu Advertising Company Limited (Chu Se) was the winning bidder.

There are 2 participating contractors in this bid package: Dai Long Construction JSC and Phong Phu Advertising LLC.

On April 19, although the project's winning bid results had not yet been announced, the installation of an additional fan system for the large hall at the Chu Se District Political Center was completed.

Accordingly, Phong Phu Advertising Company Limited has installed the fan system many days ago.

However, on August 22, the People's Committee of Chu Se district issued an official dispatch affirming: "The selection of contractors is guaranteed to comply with the regulations of the national bidding network, with no signs of collusion or violation of the law."
