Kim Xuan performs again with Thanh Loc and Teacher Duyen

Teacher Duyen (author: Nguyen Ngoc Thach - Le Hoang Giang, director: Le Hoang Giang) is considered part 2 of the play House without men by the late playwright Ngoc Linh.

House Without Men is one of the previous hit plays at Idecaf stage, directed by Vu Minh in 2017.

The arduous love journey of teacher Duyen Thanh Loc

The "sisters" Mrs. Hau (Kim Xuan) and aunt Kim Duyen (Thanh Loc) have been together for many years in the play until May 4, 2023, the last performance at Idecaf when these two artists decided to move to Thien Dang play.

Not only that, Kim Xuan and Thanh Loc have been together on stage for 40 years since the early days at the small stage 5B.

A character in the previous part made the audience feel pain because of her sister's harshness and became a aunt, then Aunt Kim Duyen, then Teacher Duyen created a "shock" when she accidentally met her university friend Kien.

As for new audiences, they may find the story a bit "overdone" because they haven't had the chance to share the tragedy that caused the mother to push the family into a suffocating, cramped situation that The House Without Men had exploited so well before. And so the tragedy is somewhat reduced, giving way to laughter...
