Total budget revenue in Hai Ba Trung ward reached 33.8 billion VND

According to the report on budget revenue and expenditure from the beginning of the year until now, the total budget revenue in Hai Ba Trung ward is 33.8 billion VND/40.742 billion VND, reaching 82.96% of the assigned estimate; the total budget expenditure of the ward up to September 23 is more than 242 billion VND, reaching 55.69% of the city's assigned estimate.

The ward has implemented the 2025 public investment plan, including 49 projects with a total capital of nearly 94.5 billion VND. The ward has also strengthened the management of business households and enterprises; managed, inspected, and handled violations of traffic order, urban order, and environmental sanitation in the area, especially resolutely and thoroughly handling illegal markets and temporary markets...

The Ward Party Committee has led and directed the successful organization of the Party Congresses of the affiliated units and the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030; the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations, term 2025-2030; organized the awarding of Party Badges to 124 Party members on September 2; directed the implementation of support and activation of account registration to perform 4 public services of the Party on the National Public Service Portal; organized the exchange of Party cards for 6,323 Party members.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hai Ba Trung Ward People's Council Chu Hong Minh requested that Party committees at all levels, authorities, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward focus on successfully implementing 5 key tasks. In particular, focusing on leading and directing the organization and implementation of the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress.

Agencies and units need to review and evaluate the implementation of the 2025 targets, in conjunction with effectively implementing plans to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out after the 2025 review. Therein, promoting the spirit of initiative, creativity, focusing on leadership and direction in implementing socio- economic , defense and security targets; striving to resolutely achieve with the highest effort the 2025 budget revenue target.

At the conference, delegates discussed and approved the following contents: Report on Party building and political system building in the third quarter of 2025, directions and tasks for the last three months of 2025; Report on the results of implementing socio-economic development, national defense and security tasks in the third quarter of 2025, key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025...

Delegates also discussed and approved the following contents: Report of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee on the draft Working Program of the Ward Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030; draft Decision on establishing 4 steering committees for the entire Working Program of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Party Committee, term I and other contents.
