The 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Dur Kmal Commune, term 2025

The congress was attended by 110 official delegates, representing more than 2,590 women's union members in the whole commune.

The Women's Union of Dur Kmal commune was established on the basis of merging the Women's Unions of Dur Kmal and Bang Adrenh communes. Overcoming difficulties and challenges, cadres, members and women of the commune have strived to successfully implement the Resolution of the Women's Congress of the commune for the period 2021-2025, creating positive changes in the women's movement and activities of the Union, contributing significantly to the overall development of the locality.

The emulation movements "Building Dak Lak Women of the New Era", the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's contributing to fostering the good values of Vietnamese families" and "Changing the thinking and working methods in economic development of ethnic minority women's households" were implemented synchronously and effectively by the Association.

Representatives of the Provincial Women's Union presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

During the 2021-2025 period, the Women's Union helped 18 women's member households escape poverty and near-poverty; supported 20 women's households to start businesses with a total amount of more than 200 million VND; 55 households were helped by the Union to meet the criteria of 5 no, 3 clean families.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Development", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Dur Kmal commune strives to achieve the following targets: Every year, the Union helps at least 2 households with women escape poverty and at least 2 households with women escape near-poverty; supports and helps at least 2 women start a business; mobilizes and supports at least 10 households to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean families".

By the end of the term, 80% or more of women and girls who are victims of violence and human trafficking victims who return home when discovered will be supported by the Association to access at least one social assistance service; the membership rate will reach over 65% of the total number of women aged 18 and over; 100% of members will be managed by software...

Representatives of the Provincial Women's Union and leaders of Dur Kmal commune congratulated the Executive Committee of the Dur Kmal Commune Women's Union, term I.

At the congress, the Presidium announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Dur Kmal commune, term I, consisting of 23 members. Comrade Pham Thi Hanh, Party Committee member, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to hold the position of President of the Women's Union of Dur Kmal commune for the 2025-2030 term.
