Tuong Mai ward leaders visited soldiers injured while fighting a fire at a warehouse.

On July 19, Chairwoman of Tuong Mai Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) Dao Thi Thu Hang visited the hospital to visit and encourage Captain Nguyen Ngoc Hung (Firefighting and Rescue Team of Area 9, Department PC07, Hanoi City Police).

Chairwoman of Tuong Mai Ward People's Committee Dao Thi Thu Hang thanked Captain Nguyen Ngoc Hung for defying danger and working with his teammates to put out the fire in the ward that night; and wished him a speedy recovery.

During the active participation in fire fighting, Captain Nguyen Ngoc Hung was injured, but his health is now basically stable.

Previously, at 0:05 on July 19, a fire broke out at Vegetable and Fruit Import-Export Joint Stock Company I - No. 389 Truong Dinh Street (Tuong Mai Ward).

Upon receiving the news, the Hanoi City Police Command Information Center dispatched Fire Fighting and Rescue Teams of Areas 12, 9, 5, and 7 to the scene to deploy and implement fire fighting and rescue plans.

Tuong Mai Ward Police, Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department also increased forces to go to the scene to inspect and direct the investigation into the cause of the fire.

By 1:40 a.m., the fire was basically under control. Initial preliminary statistics showed that the fire area and its impact were approximately 500-700 ^{square meters} ; the fire did not cause any human casualties; property damage and the cause of the fire are being investigated.
