Leaders of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement work in Quang Nam

At the working session, the leaders of the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement of Quang Nam province informed about the results of administrative judgment enforcement work and monitoring of administrative judgment enforcement of administrative judgment enforcement agencies in the province in the past 5 months (from October 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024).

Accordingly, the THADS agencies have completed 2,940 cases (reaching 44.79%), an increase of 718 cases compared to the same period in 2023. Regarding money, more than 102.6 billion VND (reaching 2.12%), an increase of 17.5 billion VND (20.5%) compared to the same period in 2023.

11 cases of criminal enforcement of corruption cases with the amount of over 95.2 billion VND were handled; 28 cases of economic criminal enforcement of economic cases with the amount of over 24 billion VND were handled. THADS agencies received 6 citizens (equivalent to 15 people) and resolved 5 complaints.

Recently, the Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement has coordinated with districts, towns, cities and related sectors to review, verify and classify cases to ensure proper procedures, strictness and accuracy; thereby having measures to resolve each case of civil judgment enforcement appropriately and in accordance with the law.

Deputy Director General of the General Department of THADS Nguyen Van Luc acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the THADS agencies of Quang Nam province. At the same time, he requested civil servants and employees of the agencies to continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties, strive to excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing to the overall results of the THADS system nationwide.
