The projects include: Lam Vien social housing area (Cam Duong ward), Dien Bien street social housing (Lao Cai ward), Cam Duong ward social housing, Binh Minh Tay Bac social housing (Au Lau ward) and Yen Bai ward social housing.

In the first nine months of 2025, the province will implement 48 commercial housing projects with 10,108 individual houses and 259 apartments; at the same time, it will construct three social housing projects, including 3,685 units on an area of 8.42 hectares.

Phu Tho attracts more than 651 million USD in FDI capital

In the first 7 months of 2025, Phu Tho province attracted more than 651 million USD in FDI capital, including 35 new projects and 45 projects with increased capital, affirming the province's attractiveness in the context of fierce competition between localities.

To achieve the goal of attracting more than 1.023 billion USD in 2025 and 1.1 billion USD in 2026, the province has increased business dialogue, promoted investment abroad, conducted market research, introduced potentials, and preferential policies. Import-export turnover through Ta Lung international border gate reached more than 719.2 million USD

From the beginning of 2025 to now, the import-export turnover through Ta Lung International Border Gate (Cao Bang) has reached more than 719.2 million USD, an increase of 130.56% over the same period in 2024, equal to 101.3% of the yearly plan. There are 189 import-export enterprises, with more than 10,370 declarations (9,210 export declarations, 1,163 import declarations).

Main exports include jackfruit, durian, peanuts, jelly, lead powder, aluminum ingots, etc. Main imports include onions, machinery and equipment, automobiles, coke, beer, and fabrics of all kinds. Budget revenue achieved outstanding results with more than VND 1,723 billion, an increase of 156.48% over the same period in 2024, exceeding the annual plan by 249.72%.
