On the evening of September 28, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha went to the storm shelter in Tan Phuc Thanh residential group (Song Tri ward, Ha Tinh province) to encourage people who had just been evacuated by local authorities to avoid storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

According to the report of the People's Committee of Song Tri Ward, to ensure the safety of people in areas at high risk of being affected by the storm, the ward authorities have arranged forces and means to evacuate 1,117 people to a safe place. At the storm shelter, Song Tri Ward has carefully arranged conditions for food, accommodation and daily activities, helping people feel secure during the shelter period.

According to information from the Department of Construction of Ha Tinh province, from 7 pm tonight, September 28, the authorities have banned people and all vehicles from traveling through Cua Hoi bridge over Lam river connecting Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces. This ban is to ensure the safety of people and vehicles when storm No. 10 is forecast to affect the area. directly affect the area of ​​these two provinces.

The Department of Construction of Ha Tinh province assigned Joint Stock Company 478 (the management unit of Cua Hoi bridge) to organize the implementation of barricades, arrange warning and 24/7 vigilance at the barricades to ensure safety.
