Landscape renovation of Gieng Temple

Currently, the landscape infrastructure of the Gieng Temple area at the Hung Temple historical relic site is urgently completing renovation and upgrading before the Hung King's death anniversary.

The project to restore and embellish the landscape infrastructure of the Hung Temple historical relic site has a total investment of 125 billion VND from the State budget; donations for the restoration and construction of the Hung Temple and other legally mobilized sources.

The project “Upgrading the landscape system in front of Gieng Temple” is worth more than 19.9 billion VND. This capital is sponsored by Hanoi city.

The lotus pond landscape in front of Gieng Temple is being completed.

The project investor is the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site. Tu Lap Construction Company Limited was selected as the contractor with a winning bid of over 19.5 billion VND. The construction progress is 120 days, construction started on January 2, and up to now, the project has completed 95% of the work volume.

The project not only improves the landscape system but also creates a green, clean, beautiful space, protects the ecological environment, and contributes to attracting domestic and foreign visitors to attend the Hung Kings' death anniversary.

Up to now, the renovation and upgrading of the landscape system in front of Gieng Temple is in the final stage to be completed before Hung King's Commemoration Day in 2025 (March 10th of the Lunar calendar). Accordingly, one of the important items of the Project is Package No. 10, focusing on construction and installation of equipment in the lotus pond area and in front of Gieng Temple.

Currently, 60 la han pine trees have been planted and carefully cared for, while the rockery and miniature landscape around the lotus pond are also being urgently completed. In addition, the contractor is also focusing on human resources and machinery to urgently renovate and upgrade the landscape of lotus ponds from No. 1 to No. 5 along with other infrastructure systems. It is expected to be completed by March 20, to organize the inauguration and handover to put the project into use.
