According to information from the organizing committee, by September 25, 2025, 48 embassies, international organizations and foreign cultural centers in Vietnam had registered to participate. The festival is an important initiative to honor and promote the pivotal role of culture in sustainable development, a bridge connecting countries and peoples to overcome all difficulties and challenges of the times such as conflicts, epidemics, climate change, etc., joining hands to bring the international community to peace and prosperity.
