The marriage registration procedure has nearly 1,000 applications, reaching more than 93%. The number of online applications for death registration and birth registration both have a high rate, from 80% or more.

In particular, the group of procedures for connecting death registration - permanent residence cancellation - funeral allowance achieved 100% of online applications. The groups of procedures for insurance and tax registration also achieved a high rate, over 97%. The increased deployment of online public services has contributed to reducing time and travel costs for people and improving the management efficiency of state agencies. This shows the efforts of administrative reform and synchronous digital transformation in the province.
